Steps
- Get your book.
- Use the restroom before you read, that way you dont have to stop in the middle of reading and lose motivation.
- Get a snack and water. Leave it next to where you are reading.
- Make sure you have good light to read with.
- Get paper and a pen if you need to take notes while reading.
- Start reading!
Tips
- Give your self a 10 minute break every hour to use the restroom, eat, walk or talk.
- Reward your self when you're done!
Warnings
- Make sure it's (preferably) a book you like or you will lose focus. However, if it is an assigned book, just read it and get it done!
- Don't stop for more than ten minutes every hour or you will lose focus
